I don't no what to do i keep getting painful erections that wont go away i get these without even the feeling of arousal it seems larger like its swollen no form of stimulation helps either any suggestions?

A penile ultrasound may determine what's the underlying cause although there are some questions I have to ask. For instance, are there any bruises or a hematome present in the local area of the penis?
Because if there are, a penile fracture is not excluded. The swelling might be a form of edema although only a blood test, ultrasound and additional testing will prove what's the cause of it.
It might be something completely harmless such as balanitis when the foreskin tightens and some people might experience pain and the swollen sensation you mention but having a test will exclude the possibility of STD's like chalmydia, HPV or gonorrhea.
Herpes might be common too. Just contact us when you get the results and we'll keep in touch. If you experience any other symptoms such as fever, severe testicular pain or enlarged lymph nodes, seek urgent medical care.

I am positive i don't have any type of std as i have not had any sexual contact since i was last tested it is only swollen when erect an circumsiced slight bruising does appear when it happens
Then proceed with the tests. As I've said before, the presence of bruises makes it likely that your penis may suffered some form of concusion.
Drug reactions can make this symptom likely. Priapism is also a rare event but if it occurs you should consult a doctor ( that's when the penis doesn't return to it's flacid state).
See a doctor. If you experience other symptoms, seek urgent health care even if it requires to call an ambulance. Don't wait up.
