I'm 18, and been having PAC's/PVC's for over two years now. I got an ECG twice and had a holter monitor, which all came out normal. Most of the times, I feel a weird fluttering sensation in my throat, and sometimes it feels like a painful thud (rarely). This morning when I was half-asleep, I noticed this painful "thud" as it was really strong and I felt the pain a little while after. I can't remember for how long as I shortly fell back to sleep, but when I awoke again, the pain was gone. I'm just really scared about how this PAC/PVC thud was painful.
