NOTICED A PEA SIZED LUMP ON LABIA MINORA YESTERDAY. I WOKE UP AND IT WAS BIGGER AND PAINFUL TO TOUCH OR WHEN I SIT CERTAIN WAYS. I HAVENT BEEN SEXUALLY ACTIVE IN A WHILE. DR APPT MONDAY FOR STD TESTINGJUST WANT AN OPINION. NO ITCHING OR DISCHARGE JUST PAINFUL & HOPE IT DOESNT GROW ANY MORE

I agree with Kim, it appears to be a cyst. Depending on your age(in regards to puberty) or hormonal fluctuations, you may be prone to cyst formations. If it doesn’t drain in a couple of days(help it with a warm compress/Epsom soak) go to your doctor do that it will be drained.
