I had oral sex with a girl and also protected sex 2 months ago. a few days later the tip was stinging and I got aching testicles. now some tiny bumps have appeared. the pain is constant and sore like a burning feeling but nothing when I urinate, that's fine.
I have had tests for chlamidia, gonorrea, and urethra swabs and also skin swabs for bacteria and fungus. all negative. Can someone help me out? I am so depressed and feeling like I can't manage this.

She might have given you a yeast infection. Go for a check up tomorrow.
No clue here but go get swabbed for HSV. HOPE THIS RESOLVES Soon.

HSV? does it look like Herpes?

I had this issue for more than a year now and still did not go away fully. I don’t have aching testicles though but have swollen meatus i.e the tip of the penis head opening (external urethral orifice)
