Painful pooping for 3 weeks

It has been 3 weeks since I've been experiencing pain when i poop. When i first noticed it, there was fresh blood when i wiped with a tissue. Ever since, there was blood on almost every poo i take until last week. Sharp pain is only there when the poop is actually coming out. After coming out there is this burning sensation on my anus. Also i dont feel any pain when i dont take a dump. I only noticed today that there is a bump in my hole

I think i should go to the doctor but im scared and i wanna have an idea what this is. Thank you

Try the hemorrhoids wipes , Preparation H , and see if it helps.

Hi,

This certainly looks like a pile, does your partner have anal sex with you? or did it just start from pooing?
There are some creams for piles but this one may need laser treatment.
