Its a covid rash I think. Its become a recognised symptom. Keep the skin cool . Only wear cotton next to your skin. Apply calamine or ask your doctor for a steroid cream if very itchy and painful. You can try an oral antihistamine as well. You just have to wait for it to pass, along with Covid.
