Hi there, For a few weeks I have had some red sores on my fingers appear, It has spread to other fingers and almost looks infected, I have been put on antibiotics and cream but it still remains there, I was wondering what I can do to get rid of it as it painful

I have been told to use Dermol lotion which has not helped along with Flucloxacillin again which has not helped
