This appeared yesterday and since then it has been hard to sit in certain ways, walk, or even just close my legs. I am a virgin so it can’t be any sexually transmitted thing. Please help.

This looks like a large boil on the vulva- it will probably burst and discharge pus pretty soon. Once it does, keep the area clean (wash regularly with soap and warm water) and dry (cover with a clean dressing or a folded piece of clean tissue paper if dressing not available).
If available, you can also apply Savlon or Dettol antiseptic cream before applying the dressing.
