Does anyone get painful sore thighs ? Ugh mine feel sore any advice on what to do I'm laying down and they still feel sore do you think icy hot will help ?
I get aching thighs a lot
By now I think everyone in this forum knows I get aching arms mostly and occasionally a feel a twinge in my knees.
I use icy hot and bio freeze, honestly they feel great on my skin but the relief is only temporary. By next day the aches are back so I usually use them before bed.
Yeah I got this the other day, it's gone now but it was like I'd done about 100 squats (I'd done no exercise), I got some leg rubs and had a bath and that helped.
