Painful tiny white raised dot

recently went to the doc to get checked out, apparently my issue was that i had a dilated penis vein. After being checked out and told i was fine i had a white dot appear on my foreskin. My penis hygiene has been great and i have not had sex in years. this white dot usually burns here and there. its raised and seems to have a white core sticking out. it looks pinkish and went i stretch the skin its white. Any advice would he greatly appreciated and idk if coconut oil was the cause. I have stopped usage and am only using warm water. Also i dont masterbate much. Maybe once every month or two. it is the only one of its kind on my penis, it almost resembles a fordyce spot thats irritated or a ppp always would like to add that there is no itching nor discharge.

It is unlikely to be linked to the coconut oil if you do not masturbate very much or have sex.
It sounds like you are doing all the right things - I would simply put this down to being a skin imperfection

thanks doc, it had me worked up. I think i should stop stressing these issues haha. Mind is clear, thanks again.
