A couple of weeks ago I was travelling around in a car for the whole day, stopping off several times and getting in and out of the car. I felt no pain doing this, although my boxer shorts may have been riding up a little. Anyway, towards the end of the afternoon I started to feel discomfort just below the glans of my circumcised penis, around the rim, across an area that is a couple of cm across and a cm or so down. Whenever it came into contact with my underwear it was sore. Not agonisingly so, but unpleasant. Since then I have found it painful for any clothing to touch that area (I believe it is called the coronal sulcus). It looks normal, the skin is no different in colour, it just feels extremely sensitive. So much so that I have to wrap it in something to allow me to wear clothes (cling film or similar). I tried sudocrem for 3 days but didn't feel much different so I am now trying hydrocortisone (1%), but no difference as yet after 2 days. Does anyone know what it might be? I have no idea if the fact that I was in the car all day is relevant, it may have occurred anyway. Thank you.
