I’ve had this mark on my penis for as long as i can remember when i stretch it i can see bumps they don’t hurt or itch and I’ve been monitoring them for more than a month and they haven’t spread what could they be? I’m afriad they are warts.

only way to find out for sure is to get them/it checked out by a medic. If you are afraid they are warts then you need to achieve piece of mind!
So, either your friendly GP - or if you are sexually active/prefer this option - try the local GUM clinic at the nearest general hospital.
They see hundreds of penises a year, so seeing yours is the only way to get peace of mind! Go for it .... !!!
