Painless, hard red bumps on inner thighs.

I was diagnosed with hpv several months ago, and have had no recurring outbreaks in about a month and a half. 

For the last while, I’ve had two small red bumps on my inner thighs, close to my genital area. These do not look very much like the hpv warts I had previously. I am very concerned it may be something else. I wish there was a way to attach photos here so I could get a more detailed answer...
