Painless lump on the skin of scrotum

I'm a 26 yr old male. I had this painless lump (~ 1 cm) on the skin of my scrotum for about 5 yrs now. Theres never been any pain. Its like a hard lump. Never had any problems with urination. I know for a fact its not STD related. Anyone know more about this?

Have you seen a urologist about this yet?

I too had a lump but it turns out mine was under the skin inside my scrotal sac and ended up being diagnosed as a hematoma

could be a small cyst. Best check with GP though
