Painless penis bump

Hello, I'm new here and i have a question. For the last week I've had this bump on the shaft of my penis, it doesn't hurt, it doesn't itch, it's firm to the touch, i don't have a fever, no pain in that lower part, just sometimes the tip of my penis itches. Please note that there was a bump below that one, but that went away, also it seems as though the bump is connected to a canal?, there is another bump up from that one, connected via that canal, which seems clogged between these two bumps, and firm, and when I press the lower one white pus comes out from the top one. What could it be? I've had ingrown hair, but never something like this. Also it may be noted that i may have masturbated way to much (guilty as charged). Thank you in advance :)!

anyone?

Okay, when you have pus that is due to an infection being present in the skin - you need to address this first and see whether the bumps disappear or not. So yes, one at least may be something like an ingrown hair.
The ‘canal’ you mention could be your penile raphe - this is a natural part of the genitals, but not sure why there would be a link between the bumps ‘through’ this.
In addition, I wonder if you apply something like a skin lotion or baby oil when you are masturbating Here is what to do: -

  • ease back on your masturbation for now
  • if you are applying something to your penis stop doing so until the bumps are completely cleared
  • get yourself some liquid antiseptic and apply an undiluted dab from the bottle to each of the bumps
  • apply 4 or 5 times daily to start with
  • where the pus is coming from should begin to heal with 3 to 5 days
  • you can then apply the liquid antiseptic 1 or 2 times daily
  • hopefully both bumps will reduce in size
  • continue to apply the liquid antiseptic until the bumps(s) are completely healed

EDIT/UPDATE:
I went to the general practitioner and she sent me to do some tests, turns out it’s a bacterial infection (Streptococcus), that has slowly spread to the urethra and caused an urinary tract infection.
