I have had a painless bump on penis head that looks like a pimple for a little over a week. It does not look like any of the photos of syphilis chancres Ive found online but obviously I'm not ruling that out. I tested positive for HSV1 a couple years ago my first time screening for herpes. I remember having a cold sore once when I was a child so I wasnt concerned or surprised. Now Im wondering if this could be a spontaneous flair up of HSV1 even though its basically painless? Or could it be syphilis even though it looks nothing like what Ive seen... I have no other symptoms so I am hoping its just a stubborn pimple. Thanks!
looks like it contains pus herpes dosnt so im pretty sure its not an std of any kind
