Painless Pink Blotches on Glans

As shown in the attached photo, there are several pink blotches on my glans of varying sizes, the largest being about 0.5cm wide. The surrounding skin is wrinkly and leathery, and towards the end of the day,bI get a fishy smell from my glans. the blotches have been there for a few years now, they are painless, they do not itch, and they turn a deeper shade of red at the end of the day or when I have an erection. I am uncircumcised, and I wash my glans with water and no soap twice daily. I am a virgin, so I doubt that this is an STD. What could possibly be the cause of these blotches? How do I get rid of them? Thanks so much!

Hello, you have some form of skin condition going on. If you have had them for a few years you are quite lucky that this has not developed into something more severe than what you have now.
The medical professional you need to see is a Dermatologist, the best of which is a Dermatologist who specialises in Genital Skin Disorders. What country do you live in?
The fishy smell is something all men get to some degree or another - this is purely connected with emissions from the penis, the most likely thing being urine. When you urinate during the day you must ensure ALL traces are removed from the skin of the penis - washing with water is certainly the thing to do to keep your penis clean, but if you are out of the house, either take some tissue paper with you, or go into a toilet cubicle and get some toilet tissue and carefully wipe away any trace of urine from where the urine may have potentially contacted. Make sure you draw loose skin (it looks like you are uncircumcised) towards the body away from the head of your penis before you start to urinate.
By more fully controlling penile emissions you will learn a successful technique to control the smell.
