Last Sunday (4 days ago) I noticed a very small red spot on what I guess is considered the corona of my penis head toward the left side. I am sexually active. I did partake in sexual activities the day before and right before I noticed the spot I had masturbated as well on Sunday. The moment I noticed the spot I became concerned. I am not sure if it had just occurred or if I had it from the day before or even before that. The spot seems to be very faint, depending on the lighting but in certain lighting it looks brighter red and more obvious, but at times I cannot even see it that much but I know that it is there. When I am erect it is barely even noticeable at all. The spot seems to be painless, does not itch or anything, and as far as I can tell it is not raised. I am not sure if maybe I somehow hurt it while masturbating or maybe while receiving oral sex the day before. I just have my worries that it can be something worse. Should I be worried about this? I’ve seen photos of warts on the penis and it does not really seem like that. I’ve also seen that genital warts are more commonly on the shaft of the penis and not on the head, and warts mostly seem to be pretty raised and what I have is not. Side note: I am uncircumcised. I am just looking for peace of mind.
As another side note, I had been masturbating pretty frequently lately. So I don’t know if maybe I just hurt it? Maybe ruptured a little membrane? Is that possible? Just found it strange that it seemed to look like a dot or a little circle instead of being more misshaped.
