Hello everyone! I've been experiencing a painless, intermittent 'flutter' in my penis for almost two months now. The 'flutters' (a mild, irritating, painless spasm) come at intervals of 10 seconds or so. I've noticed a VERY slight discharge at times, a small drop of clear, odourless fluid. As well, there are times when it feels as though I have a drop of urine stuck in my penis. The problem doesn't seem to be worsening: however, it isn't getting any better. I've had no recent sexual contact. My questions are: any idea on what may be causing this, and should I seek medical attention? Many thanks.
I had similar symptoms and I was diagnosed with prostatitis. I’m halfway through a course of antibiotics and all my symptoms are going away.
Clear discharge is usually from problems with your prostate = prostatitis.
