so i recently got tested positive for chlamydia and was put on Vibradox medicine for 1 week, i ended up taking the medicine for 1,5 just to make sure i got properly rid of it, then after a few days from my last pill i noticed these red spots, they vary a lot in size and cover the head, there are also a few on the foreskin but mostly around the head itself, what could this be? im going to get a herpes test just to make sure its not that, because im very paranoid about permanent sti's
