ı have two small (0.5cm) circle lesion on my penis head , i diagnosed my self to ringworm , and use anti-fungal cream since 2 days, but ı think it doesnt work. is it be a Lichen Planus ?
Two days isn't long. If no change after two weeks, show a doctor. If Lichen Planus, you may find it resolves itself. Mine did.
How long did it take to go away?
The Lichen Planus starts as a raised pimple then gradually flattens and fades away. It takes several weeks for the whole sequence to run its course. Then it returns as does it again after 2 - 3 years. I mainly get it on the lower forearms, but also in the mouth and on the glans under the foreskin.
