Hi ladies so been peri for about 3 years but was confirmed 3 months ago with bloods. My last period was the 9th April no spotting etc since iv has mood swings etc on the time my period was due but that's it. However the last week I have had a continuous headache nothing touches it and my boobs oh my god I can't even brush past anything they hurt so so much and today I keep getting horrendous period pain but no blood. Is this all normal plz as I feel like rubbish today I really do xx
I remember I was getting that crampy feeling for days and days and nothing came ... then it finally came until they stopped in December
It sounds like you are having estrogen dominant symptoms. Maybe try some progesterone cream? I was having horrible breast cysts and the progesterone helped calm things down for me.
So it's quite a common problem then. Do i get that from a pharmacy. The doctors offered me hrt but to scared to take it xx
The first hormone to start depleting is progesterone and this leaves estrogen to run around causing all kinds of havoc. Including headaches and really sore breasts as well as other things. It's not good to be estrogen dominant. You can google that and see what all the symptoms are. Now you can be estrogen dominant but still have not enough estrogen (thus hot flashes), so it's confusing, but progesterone really keeps things regulated. I'm using an OTC natural progesterone cream that I get online called progesterall. I only use about 1/8 tsp per day, but it seems to be helping me for now. I no longer have spotting in-between periods. Still get that really bad headache the day before I get my period though. My breasts are much better.
Hi Yasmin, I have been peri for a coupe of years i an 47. I have had sorter periods and longer periods, a bit all over the place. I too have very very sore boobs they were sore for 15 days then i had a period and the painful boobs stopped on day 2 of the period that was 2 weeks ago. I now have sore boobs AGAIN ! I have in the past had period pains and no period too. x it sucks
Suzanne, how long until you noticed the cream starting to help? I just started bio prog cream this cycle. So hoping for relief. Breast cysts here too along with a ton of other symptoms.
