hi guys.. i am 20 years old male ، Bodybuilder for 2 years and i don't have any diseases , no high blood pressure or low . i did TSH and CBC and 4 ecgs and echo test and sugar blood test and every thing was great instead of having fast heartbeat and palpitations and shortness of breath all the day because i am so anxious about my heart all the time . my main problem is that when i feel extremely anxious i have irregular heatbeat and i hear wearied voice when i breath and it disappear immediatly after i calm down . also i have connected that when i workout or do something physical i feel very scared that i will have heart attack or something very bad . also when i stand up i feel palpitations so i hate to stand up . also when i do relaxing exercises i feel a very unusual heartbeat like very fast beat or three beats in a row then slow and strong then normal only when i do relaxing exercises . please dont tell me to go to a cardiology dr because i went to three dr and they said you are great and fine and you don't need to put holter monitor at all or do stress test . also i feel like i will die at any moment and when i feel relaxed i feel like there is something wrong so i go back to anxiety and so on !!!!
hello, I go though the same thing. the only time i donot feel the palpations is when im busy. However the minute my brain is not actively doing anything it resorts back to focusing on my heart. It is the most annoying and scary symptom of anxiety!!! if you have been to the DR AND THEY said tou were fine then you are fine. One thing that helps me is to prove myself wrong. If I THINK my heart is about to explode by exercising, I do it anyways. I REALIZE it is not true. feel better!
thanks a lot for your replay , do you really feel every thing i mentioned ??? am very scared and anxious all the day no kidding all the day long .
I’ve also had the same fears and suffer periodically from anxiety. Last time I went into the hospital they did echocardiograms and blood tests and found nothing wrong with me. That didn’t stop me. I went to my husband’s cardiologist at a major hospital and she put me through a nuclear test/stress test. It was found that my heart was functioning normally and that there were no blockages. I do have a slightly increased systolic blood pressure I am now working out three times a week with a therapist and reducing my intake of food and losing weight.
It’s always better to know the truth. Pick a cardiologist that has been highly recommended and associated with a major hospital. Also, think about therapy to get to the cause of your anxiety.? Taking action is the best solution to your problem.
yes I DO.. when one symptom leaves another one shows! the heart palpations is the hardest one to deal with.. just try to counter combat think it. also think hard. you dont feel it unless you look for it.. sorry friend ;( feel better
oh god i am so tired from this ■■■■ i dont know how to believe that am ok and my heart is normal . i am afraid that i have some sort of arrhythmia that causing my anxiety . but my dr said am totally fine and healthy .
do you hear a wearied noise when you breath when you are very anxious ???
and i went to several cardiologists to see whats wrong but all of them said your great and it is anxiety . i went too far for truth in reading on the intrnet and i read a really bad things . also thanks a lot for your replay .
You’ve been to a cardiologist and have ECG’s, etc. Have faith in your doctors. But you have anxiety big time. Check the internet for ways to combat these feelings. Here are some suggestions: cut out caffeine, no sodas, cut down your sugar consumption, avoid excess texting, TV and computer usage (especially at night and before bed), regular exercise, get 8 hours of sleep each night and finally, start a program of meditation. Try this for a month and see how you feel.
