Palpitations/lightheaded/heavy chest

Whenever my palpitations start acting up I hate having to stand up bc when I do my heart pluse goes up from 100 to 125 bpm when i stand and i get lightheaded and chest discomfort. I get scared to even move around too fast bc my palpitations will kick in. Like this morning I was in a great mood, cleaning and dancing to some music when bam, my heart started pumping hard and fast to where my whole body was pulsing. I got so scared i called 911. The emts checked my blood pressure and pulse and checked my sugar levels and everything was fine. So I decided to stay home. But my palpitations come and go throughout the day. Does anybody ever feel or get this way???

Please someone help i can't take it anymore.

My normal heart rate when relaxing is 60 to 65 but relaxing while palpitations are acting up could be from 80 to 95.

Yes this actually just happened to me today. My heart beats very fast for seemingly no reason at all, I could be laying down and it's just racing. I also experience chest pains sometimes. Doctor assured me I'm healthy with no cardiac issues and it's just a physical part of having anxiety.

Yes I can go up to 140 even when in a good mood.  I think that digestive issues, bloating stomach may affect it.  During an actual panic attack, I can be laying down at 170.  I also notice at times bending over like when picking something up will cause a heart rate spike.  I am not sure because I definitely have panic disorder.  However one of my theories is that anxiety causes some bloating and my pulse climbs.  One of my first symptoms of anxiety is that I start to burp.  One time I was at my psychologist appointment with my poker face on.  I had a pulsometer and I showed her my resting heart rate was at 150 sitting down.  She asked me "are you sure that is because of anxiety?"  My response was "you tell me, your the doctor giving me the pills that supposed to help it."  I think they don't realize that when I say my heart rate is 170 that it is actually a real number because they call it "palpitations".

Oh wow man I'm really sorry to hear that. Makes me feel bad bc you seem to have it worst than me. I really hope you start to feel better soon.

It's really scary and sucks to have. Like just now I was making dinner for my kids and I felt ok but i had chest discomfort. So of course I'm guessing my anxiety kicked in bc I was anxious to hurry up and sit down so I stared getting a bit lightheaded and nervous smh.

Lol, thanks, I hope you feel better soon too.  Actually, I talked to people that went over 200 bpm so I consider myself lucky that I never experienced that.

Same here. Mine was 130..But ever since doctor gave me beta blockers it calms down pretty quickly. When you have panic attacks your blood pressure goes up and heart beats are higher.

i think I would die if mine went to 200bpm
