Hi all! I'm having palpitations, skiping beats like butterfly in the stomach sensation for couple of days. I'm on sertaline and metoprolol 12 mg for anxiety and palpirations! I had i holter monitor on december,and doc said ocasional PAC but rather then that normal. I had i ct scan with contrast of heart 2 month ago was ok too. I just don't know why I feel so many symptoms and they don't have any answers. I also have t waves in elf but doc said that in healthy heart this is normal . O also get dizziness like fainting sensation shoulder and chest pain. I'm so scared, can you have a sudden cardiac arrest from PAC or t waves that I have . I'm 28 years old 😑
Hi , the symptoms your experiencing can all be symptoms of anxiety, I get what feels like heart flutters but know that it is just anxiety.
Your GP sounds like he's satisfied everything is ok with your heart so perhaps focus on that?

I also get palpitations and what feels like heart flutters it's horrible and very scary every time I get checked out am fine they say and everyone gets it just some people are aware more than others am getting a 24hour tape today so hope this puts my mind at rest

I have palpitations too. Everybody does. However.if you have anxiety they are more noticeable and stronger and if you panic when having a palpitation you tend to have another...adrenalin is to blame.
If your doctor has said your heart is fine then try not to worry. Easier said than done I know....but of you worry you just keep having them. x
I had multiple ekg which shown some t waves but doc said in healthy heart this is normal. I had heart ultrasound normal too,stress test, event monitor ct scan with contrast, have seen 3 different cardiologist and they don't see anything wrong. I'm just so scared I might have any heart condition and doctors are not paying enaught attention blaming anxiety for everything. Can you have a sudden cardiac arrest because of palpitations?
