Hi all, have been on 10mg escitaalopram for six months now, for the last week or so have been getting what seems like missed heart beats, and breathlessness, i have not felt anxious for months then all of a sudden about a month ago one of my ankles started to swell up so started worrying that i had a problem with my heart, ( i'm on beta blockers ) this morning it was skipping a beat every fourth beat, so i took a bromazapam and now back to normal, am going to book doctors appointment as the swollen ankle is worring me, do you think the palpatations is anxiety. thanks.
