I have recently been diagnosed with panic/anxiety disorder. I have never dealt with this before. I'm 32 year old female. I suffered horrible for 4 weeks. Saw 3 doctors and now I am on my 17th day of Fluoxetine. (Prozac) 10mg. I have suffered side effects from Ibs, nausea, chest discomfort, increased anxiety, restlessness etc. Those are all side effects of starting AD's. I've never taken anything like this in my life but there was no way I was gonna just sit and take that kind of hell. I am doing medication and I started therapy last week. There's no reason to live in that kind of hell. There is medication out there that can help you. Im only on day 17 and still experiencing side effects. It takes time. Go get help. Don't wait. Have a blessed day!!
I also had the palpatations and shortness of breath terrible. There is help out there. There's no reason to live so miserably.
Love your boost of positivity and confidence!
I agree, I am doing everything I can to beat this miserable feeling.
Have you checked your diet against foods that ease anxiety and foods that make it worse? Good old Google. I started getting good results within a couple of days. First things to go were coffee and all sodas and all sugar. By end of the first day, just not doing any of that eased things up a bit. Check it out. Amazing results overall.
I haven't had coffee in about 6 weeks, and I eat pretty healthy. I don't drink soda. I drink water all day.
I thought I ate pretty healthy until I found foods that surprised me as good for easing enxiety and foods that put me thru the roof. Glad to hear what you have cut ou,t and that water is your new best friend I knew that fast food and fried foods are a no no, but the other day I thought 1 small burger wouldn't hurt. Boy,was I wrong!! I also forgot and had one bite of a cookie yeterday and again I got the message loud and clear, no more for me. Hope all is going better for you each day, keep in touch, luv.
Will def keep in touch! I'm on everyday giving an update! 😊😊 prayers for all of us
Amen to that, smn
