So i did so well and now im in this same state again. Im having real troubles with health anxiety. Ive seen about 12 doctors and been to the hospital about 7 times and after tons of tests like blood work and cat scans and stool tests and urine tests and xrays and a ecg everything is normal. But here i am today sitting sometimes with sharp chest pains in the middle the happen once and awhile and sometimes dizzy/light headed and sometimes my heart races. My blood pressure is normal only a tiny high. Im about 454lbs 27 yrs old. Im going to see a psychiatrist for a proper diagnosis but is this what im dealing with. Web researching all day long and worrying of cancer and tumors and. I also belive im dealing with acid/gad problems in the guy which i heard can play a big roll
Health anxieties are terrible because as soon as you stop worrying about one thing you're into the next.
To be honest, I'd suggest stop trying to diagnosis the cause of your problems entirely until you've discussed it with your psychiatrist/Dr. Anxiety is a wide and complex branch, it could be panic disorder, GAD, HAD or mixed anxiety disorder...there are many variants of anxiety so until you can discuss it, don't add that stress to yourself working it out.
Also try not to research symptoms or illnesses all day long until you have been given a diagnosis. And then only Google that specific diagnosis. Don't go looking for anything you haven't formally been diagnosed with.
I found this book really helpful if you find the majority of your worries are around getting terminal illness. It's called 'Help me I'm a hypercondriac' by Philip Martin's. Very reliable, easy to read and not full of medical jargon. It's written by someone who suffered from it, so he knows what it is like.

First of all don’t worry anxiety is uncomfortable and tiring and very frightening but it won’t do you any physical harm it’s all in your head yes difficult that that may seem it’s the case with anxiety it’s what makes it so difficult to understand it’slike a 20000 piece jigsaw puzzle that when you start to outfit together soit get messed up and you have to start again so it is very distressing feeling of not been able to stop the negative thoughts
You know anxiety can be dealt with it’s all about mind pathways and re training the mind so therapy is key but I would like to advise you how I dealt with it
You say you are 454ibs that is oversight I can tell you know your body and mind need to be healthy you need to make a decision today to start to loose weight ear right drink water and start the NoFAP 90 days
Anxiety is horrible but can be dealt with, with the right attitude and you can beat it no problem
But been over weight can’t help your body deal with this
Educate yourself get into the mind set to lead a healthy life loose weight
And get therapy
It’s anxeity nothing more but you need to lead a healthier life and see a therapist
