panic attack when moving around?

I've been dealing with anxiety and panic issues for about 2 years now. I was wondering does anyone else have an issue every time they stand up and get moving my heart shoots up to like 140-150 and stays there until I lay down and relax for a bit. I don't ever feel short on breath or dizzy but I anticipate it to happen. And worry about heart issues. My resting heart rate when I'm relaxed as I can be sitting down is between 75-100. It's usually around 60 when I'm not feeling this way. I do get ocassional pains in my shoulder blade and chest but it's only for a few seconds and doesn't come on when I'm exerting myself more randomly. The should blade pain comes and goes but it really only hurts when I move it a certain way. Thank you.

hello Sirroska, I can identify myself to you to some extent.I do have panic disorder as well and my heart rate rises to 120 when am doing movements and when at rest after breathing deeply, it falls to 90. I have been to various cardiologist and rest assured this is common for us, anxiety sufferers. I have shoulder pain as well, but mine is accompanied by severe neck stiffness.

Do not worry much, am sure your heart is 10o% fine, but only your anxiety is making you feel 'ill".

Yeah I get jittery clumsy and lightheaded

Wow, why have you been dealing with this for 2 years, Isn't 2 weeks to long. My goodness, please call your family doctor and stop this crazyness. There are amazing meds for this. Don't you want to feel better.

Have you seen a cardiologist. Blood pressure changes when you stand up, lie down ...etc.. It is a good idea to have a full cardio exam and let the doctor diagnose you.
