Think I had a panic attack at work today, I already had an bad headache when I woke up n it got worst when I got to work, seems like everyday I have to work I get bad headaches in the place don’t know why... but was ringing up a customer and I got real hot and felt like I was gonna pass out so I instantly got scared and it felt like I couldn’t breathe I left my customers hanging and ran off to the break room screaming I’m hot people were looking at me like I was crazy all I can think about was my ma n kids I was like Jesus please help me n it got better my manager suffers with panic attacks too so she kinda calm me down a lot as well, lately I’ve been lacking on sleep maybe that’s why I keep headaches but then idk I’m going to make an appointment with my doctor ASAP I got off early bc ain’t no way I could’ve stayed til close tonight I’m still scared n in shock. What y’all think?
Classic panic and anxiety. Practice breathing in and out through nose only. It's hard to do, but it's the only true natural way to help yourself. Google Buteyko breathing to see some examples. Most importantmy, try to avoid breathing in through your mouth.
