2 days ago out of nowhere i got a headache, followed by nausea then my heart started racing i wasn’t becoming short of breath & i started shaking. i really thought i was going to pass out. i quickly got some food & stood in the shower under some cold water. that feeling last about 30 minutes. ever since then when i wake up in the morning my body feels weak (i eat every morning) & the nausea comes back a little & i get the headache followed by fatigue. could this be anxiety ??

Yep, panic attack followed by generalized anxiety. Happens to me all the time, the anxiety should subside after a few days though, it usually doesn't linger that long after an attack. If it doesn't go away I would see a doctor, just to rule out anything else potentially wrong. But if you notice it goes away when you're distracted then it is def just anxiety.
You can also search on Youtube for meditation exercises and deep breathing techniques, these will calm you down and help get rid of the anxiety feelings.
If not already have words with your GP and explain your problems and see what He suggests
You can always try Breathing Techniques or Mindfulness Relaxation Technique.
Do you feel this happens on various days or does it happen seven days a week
