I am almost 5 weeks on Zoloft and my anxirty has been under control however ive had the worst anxiety all day with rumination thiyghts
im on 50mg

no I would give 50mg at least 8 to 12 weeks
Absolutely agree! This is the slowest SSRI available on the market, give it 12 weeks at least, some ppl needed 15 weeks to level. If you go up too early you might miss the correct dose which suits your body chemistry and you end up on overdosed, numb, emotionless etc.
