Hi i have pounding heart beat out of nowhere , for no reason , dizzy spells , head feels like theres pressure , chest zaps and pressure , the attacks come and go , i have 15 mg buspar , 1mg ativan , never take the ativan thinking i should , dr . wants me to take metropol , ughhh i want it to stop , anybody else on this and having the same symptoms??

I'm not on the same medication, but do suffer from panic attacks too.
Maybe give taking the Ativan a go to see if it helps?
Hi, I'd give the Ativan a go and see how it helps, the buspar takes a few weeks to work so that will help hopefully soon, I've never heard of metropol and can't find it on google?
