hi guys! ive recently been having panic attacks in my sleep, and waking up feeling like im dying or my heart's stopped beating. Could this be because I just cane off of old meds and im starting new antidepressants?? Will it go away once my new meds kick in?? Please say yes, haha. I've also realized i cannot stay asleep and im eating less, which is exactly what happened over the summer when i was so depressed i couldn't function. @ anyone whos on Prozac, did it help you get your sleep back? i was on mirtazapine for a couple of months and that helped me sleep and eat but i came off and now im on prozac 10mg.

You are very likely getting both withdrawal and start up effects from your meds. Unfortunately this could take several weeks to settle down.
how does panic attack feels tell me when I have it I had heart palpitations and aniexty and thinking that something bad about to happened like death and I want to just run from it
