i was taking a shower i freaked out had a panic attack i thought my legs were going to give out is this normal? its been a weak since starting sertraline

Could be to do with the rush of adrenaline from the panic attack
Don't take too hot of a shower. It speeds your heartbeat which can trigger an attack.
