Panic attacks

I was wondering how different everyone's panic attacks are from each other, explain your feelings and experience during a panic attack

For me I go really warm my palms sweat my heart goes fast I feel like something bad is about to happen to me like I'm going to literally drop dead I feel strange my head thinks all sorts I struggle to breathe my mouth goes dry throat closes up and when it calms down I go from warm to having cold shivers but ill feel anxious all day because I'll be scared in case it happens again

What's your panic attack experience like?

Very similar reaction.. start to feel like things aren't right and I can't sit still. Pace a few times and then feel like I am going to die, most of the time I am sure I getting ready to have a heart attack. If I'm at home, I try and lay down and my legs and feet start shivering.. mouth gets very dry and I just feel like I have lost complete control of everything..

Hey!! I have always had anxiety but lately it's been horrible. I also have smoked pot for 15 years and after it giving me anxiey I quit cold turkey so I know I am having some withdrawals from that. But the symptoms I have been having is tightness in my chest, dizziness, brain has a burning sensation, and if I let my panic attack take control I can definalty get some shaking or twitching in the body. It's all very scary and I hate it. I also tend to be a hypochondriac so once these all occur it makes me think it's something worse like a tumor etc. I am my own worst enemy and I can try and talk myself out of it but sometimes it tends to control me. It sucks and all your symptoms are definalty anxiety related. Are you taking medication for anxiety?
