Panic Attacks

Hi, I have been looking at some devices for panic attacks. I don.t want to take tablets or read books. Has anyone tried any device for panic attacks. The ones that I have looked on are very expensive and I would like to know if anyone can recommend a specific device which has helped. I tied a lung exerciser but it made me feel dizzy.

Look forward for some replies. It would be a great help or if someone can advise anything else. I know the breathing exercises.

 

Have you tried breathing into a paper bag? I have terrible anxiety and long distance running has gotten me used to palpitation. I have never heard of devices. I would imagine that they would not work. Anxiety is more about changing your thinking and accepting your anxiety.

Learn mindful breathing exercises correctly used they do work.. App or you tube, and therapy.  Try a bio feedback back device uses machine to teach you to breathe to calm.  There are tons of podcast as well. 

Try listening music on your phone or mp3. That helps me.
