So I keep experiencing random panic.
What I mean is I will just be sitting down and then all of a sudden for no reason at all it will feel like when you are falling in a dream and you wake up. Panic will just randomly spark up. It is very scary when it happens and it will happen every few minutes and can last for an hour then stops. Is this something medical? I am very scared and not for sure what to do.
Panic feelings just start up for no reason at all. Is this normal for someone who has been dealing with anxiety? Help would be nice so I can get some relief.
Ugh any tips on how to keep calm?
Remember no matter how scary it feels it will never hurt you. Take the fear away and the panic will leave.
It's normal.and it's horrible. Have a chat with your Dr about it. There are also some really good relaxation techniques on YouTube. Also try some nhs self help guides. They have loads on the website but I know there is one specifically for panic attacks
I'm new to al this and relate to your post, I have found comfort in reading the plight of others....not because I want to see people suffer but because in a way it's reassuring that you aren't alone. Have a look for a dr called Harry Barry on YouTube and watch his videos, his books, the flag series, in particular the reshaping an anxious mind is worth a read, I found it very insightful and have read it several times and still do, it helps to normalise the symptoms of anxiety and panic attacks.
Hi Emily, I have been feeling panic for about 4 days straight. It comes and goes just like you described in your post. It feels disabling and quite frightening. Are you able to leave your house without panicking?
Emily
If your GP does not know about your concerns make an appointment with your Surgery and discuss what is going on.
I can in some was relate. I go to sleep when watching TV and when I awake suddenly The size of the TV and if the program is an interview and one person is on the TV I feel I am looking at someone who is unknown is watching over me URG.

Yes I can leave my house. I am sorry you are expericing this as well. It sucks!!
It is comforting relating to others... I know the situation sucks but it's nice to know you are not alone in this. I haven't read it, I will search it up though!
I'm not able to leave mine without feeling complete and utter fear. Hoping you feel better.
