I just treated myself to a new ceramic wok, only to find that the instructions (inside the packing!) say not to use spray oils. I emailed the company and they confirmed I should not use Fry Light. I just wondered what everyone else used for stir frys etc? (Yes, the wok will be returned for a refund.)
Just an ordinary steel non stick wok

Hi Sally I purchased some ceramic frying pans (3 different sizes) from a tv advert which I found hard to believe as I was already getting my head in gear to cut down on fats, and I do not use anything at all in them I did a stir fry with prawns last night, just kept moving everything around in the pan with absolutely no frylight or any other type of oil, my pans are not to be washed but just wiped with a paper towel ready to use next time.
