are the lesions still present and are they painfull to the touch?. its quite difficult to say because it can be of different causes. do you have a photo of the specific lesions that you are referring cause that could help alot..

the lesion resolved overnight, I wasnt able to get a photo. it looked just like a paper cut. I was painful when I stretched the skin but not when in touched. it hurt good when I showered and had to clean down there
