papillae/b on vulva, external urethral orifice, granular skin in the vagina. HVP or VP?

hello, i have recently discovered small papillae around my external urethral orifice (which seem to go out of it) and a few on the vulva. I also realized that my vaginal wall was very grainy and looks like it is completly covered by papillae for1 inch, circularly, but after 1 or 2 inches it feels totally smooth, like inside of the cheeks skin. I had sex for the last time 1 year ago with condom, and i booked my first appointment to the gynecologist for january, but i would like to know if this is normal or not ? I am afraid the grainy sensation is caused by HPV, but i hope it is just vestibular papillae :( thanks ! those are not my pics but this is how it looks around and "inside" of the urethra, and in my vagina

I don’t know if this will help you but i had to stop using those body washes because it gave me tiny bumps on my vagina. I think its the Paba in the soap.

i noticed you got the first picture in black and white off google. are you trying to compare them to eachother?
if so then the bottom picture does look like Vp.

That black and white stuff looks kinda weird. If what you see looks like it, I’d suggest that you check with your doctor.

yes i found both on google because i couldnt take my own yesterday, but i will upload a new posts with my own pics by the end of the week. These were the only that looked a bit like mine, but still i can’t find anything really relatable…

I have the same thing above my urethral opening and on the sides of my labia. Are they soft to touch? Mine are a bit hard when you press them.

I saw a nurse at a walk-in centre and she said they feel very smooth therefore should not be typical warts but it can be a new type of warts or early stage of warts (she said when she got trained she was only taught with typical warts pictures). Due to her expertise limitation she couldn’t give me a diagnose and suggested HPV & STI tests. So I’m on my way for these tests.

I looked a lot of pictures and I honestly think they’re just VP. For me it’s probably due to yeast infection and rough intense sex with my partner. I will, though, wait for the tests and reply back.
