So on the head of my penis i have these small bumps. They're visible when erect and not when flaccid. My skin is sensitive to certain soaps and materials. I wash my penis gently when showering. I have a varicocele which I will be seeing a urologist about soon (will ask him about this). I believe they're just papules. If I could get a second opinion that would be great. Thanks. (I am also circumsised).

The tiny lumps and bumps are just a feature of a circumcised glans penis; they can look more prominent when the glans is dry (unmoisturised) or in circumstances where the glans expands during erection. Nothing to worry about.
