I believe I suffer with a mild/strange form of GP in that it only affects certain foods and not others.
Case in point: Tonight for supper I had white meat chicken, on a sea of noodles and string beans, all covered in chicken gravy. Stomach processed it OK. Later ate grapes that just sat there like a lead weight that I had to force puke out to feel better.
I really should have known better to eat the grapes because grapes ALWAYS "think" there's a STOP SIGN at the exit from my stomach.
Anybody else ever encountered "selective" GP?
