Partial paraphimosis?

I looked online don't see anything about this. Wondering if there is something of this nature. While testing retracting the foreskin like my urologist did at the office, I was able to retract with a little effort, past the glans for flaccid penis. I pull the foreskin back over (unretract) and did it again. Retracted, I think it may still have felt kind of tight around the base of glans where foreskin retracted to. On the 2nd retraction, I was thinking to test letting penis get erect but decided not to for safety in case the phimotic band was too tight. On pulling back, noticed that I was able to pull the foreskin covering glans, but it didn't fully cover the glans, leaving a bigger hole than it did before like it used to. Things felt a little funny (plus the sensitive glans), and I suspected the tip/base of my foreskin was still suck behind the glans, but the rest of the foreskin was able to fold over it to cover the glans. I attempted again with help of some coconut oil around to lube the retracted foreskin and finally able to pull it all back restoring foreskin shape back to how it was with my phimosis. So during the partial stuck state, it felt kind of nice (and happy) to see more easily retractable foreskin glide back & forth easy. But I don't think that felt normal and safe, with the tip/base foreskin part still behind the glans. I'm curious to wonder how often this happens to people with some amount of phimosis when they are doing the retraction and unretraction. So during this whole experiment & ordeal, I didn't take pics, may consider it if I feel like attempting retraction again.
