Has anyones doctor considered a diagnois of pbc even though your ama labwork test was normal?

you need 2 of 3 things to prove PBC
positive AMA
liver biopsy which shows it
high alk phosphatase

i only have one of those traits

if you were tested for ama and alk with biopsy i would say you should talk to your doctor about why he suspects PBC
