Hi everyone, noticed some spots / bumps on the head of my penis last week and not sure what they are... don't know if I've always had these but there's no itching or burning. I'm hoping they're just pearly penile papules but I'm not sure. Can't really notice them unless really looking for them or erect, doesn't bother me to have them but want to make sure it's something that can't be spread (like molluscum, as I've already had that once on my arm :( unfortunately ) so hoping for thoughts? first picture is zoomed out, second is 5x zoom on magnifying glass app, third is head stretched so the bumps are more visible... thank you
