Has anyone noticed they seem to be peeing more? Ive always slept through once im asleep but the last 4 nights I have been waking up desperate for a pee.

Drinking gallons of water too tho, that might have a wee bit to do with it xx
I have been drinking more but during the day at work not in tbe evening starting to get annoyed with the broken sleep now lol.
Not noticed the colour tho x

Yep here too!! The more you drink the more you pee! Up 2/4 times a night ...
Hmmmm hopefully it won't last. I needs me beauty sleep lol.

Maybe if yr eating more fruit and veg & salad as they contain tons of water?? I always get up for a wee

I always got up in night for a pee before tablets but it has increased now
my daughter explained that every 3rd wee is away for the fat to escape, she is very hot on science and they had learnt about in school. So on this theory let pee away til our little hearts content!!

Oh crikey I feel like I've peed a good couple of stone off today - here's hoping anyway ladies lol.
The ice poles are out in force today - think im on no 5 so far today - probably adding nicely to the amount im peeing lol xx
