Anyone used kegel 8 machine ?how long does it take to work and does it actually tighten your vagina to pre prolapse ?
think welsh girl has. I am going to get one. But seeing what my new physio recommends when i see her after I have my 8 week check up.
I was only looking at that machine yesterday - read such a mixed load of reviews wasn't sure ! It will be interesting to see if anyone has used it and what they think.
I've been doing some research too! I asked about them a couple of days ago and am now even more undecided 😳.
I have one but not sure if it has made a massive difference..
Certainly won't reverse it if it had past a certain point.x
