hello, just curious if anybody else takes the same combination as myself, due to an infection in my lung (bronchiectasis) I'm on the 11th day of 500mg Amoxycillin 3 per day. having suffered a bite/sting whilst working in a garden my elbow swelled and pain radiated up my arm resulting in a tetanus injection and having to take 4x500mgs of Flucloxacillin daily for 7 days, started today, this seems an awful lot of penicillin type stuff to be swallowing every day, any advice please? as in do'nt eat raw giraffe perhaps thankyou!
Taking both flucloxacillin and amoxicillin at the same time is fine as flucloxacillin is an antibiotic that doctors generally prescribe for skin infections
While the other is internal infections but it is fine to take both together
