I want to share with you my experience with the surgery for correcting the curvature of my penis. I had like 45-50 degree downwards ( see photo) . I was searching for a cure around the internet and world.. and finally i found a doctor.
He told me he will use the plication method ( Eseed - Schroeder technique) that will bring with it some advantages and disadvantages.
My doctor used 4 permanent stitches under the skin to keep penis straight acording to the technique , 2 to the left and 2 to the right i guess.
These may feel along time , but hope they will get in skin so i cannot feel them anymore.
I just wanted to end my problem and be happy in a normal life..
Surgery was very good , local aenesthesia and good jokes to make me feel relaxed.
They used double surgery in one because i had need to make a circumcision + the curvature corection and it was ok i can say.
They gave me antibiotics and told me to buy pain killers and anti-inflamatori pills like ibuprophen and to wait.
After surgery i didn't had any pain , but it was swollen af and bruised..
First time i said i will never use my penis again..

After 5 days my post-op healing has changed , but i had problems with erection , i had pain every erection that woke me up every night 5-6-7 times per night until day 10 i think where i woke up only few times.
My penis is slightly curved to the left but not much , is straighthen but i still feel pain in erection , i still feel the stitches and more of that i have something different that i didn't find on simphtoms of post-op surgery.
When i have a 70% erection and i keep my penis up it's ok it doesnt hurt , but if i let the penis fall downward or i point it downward .. omg i have such pain on the base of the penis like i am stung by 100 bees there.
I cannot understand where this pain is coming from , i can't stand this pain , im afraid to get erection because of that .. i don't care anymore if it's a bit curved or unaestethic u just want to have normal erection 
I'm on day 14 post-op , i still got the stitches from the circumcision and all the simptoms of the surgery , but please if someone know what is that problem or pain please let me know. My doctor said i should wait 4-6 months , but my mind tell me something is really happening there i my mind don't fool me.
And by the way , when i stay on the chair or bed or anything i can get erection fast but if i stand up and try to get erection , even looking at womens i can't get it up.. LOL ??
Second question , i want to know if the circumcision is looking good or i need another surgery to correct it ?
